Poquette Roquette

Ingredients

/ 30ml Renais

/ 30ml White vermouth

/ 15ml Agave

/ 15ml Lemon

/ 1 Pinch rocket

/ 50ml Cremant

/ Rocket to garnish

/ Lemon twist to garnish

Tasting Notes

Bubbly, dry and floral, with a refreshing green, peppery kick.

Poquette Roquette

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker except the Cremant, muddle the Rocket to release its wonderful peppery perfume. Add ice and shake as hard as you can. 

 

Step 2

Add a splash of Cremant and fine strain into a tall glass. Add a splash more Cremant to top up and garnish with a handful of rocket and a lemon peel.
